A flavour of the land
For several years already, many people have been enjoying products of the land by Maison des Futailles, made from produces originating exclusively from the Province of Quebec. The blackurrant from the Île d'Orléans is used to create "L'Orléane", ground cherries ground cherries grown in Saint-Athanase-d'Iberville for "L'Amour en cage", marsh blackberries, commonly called "chicoutés", harvested on the North Coast for the "La Chicoutai" or apples picked in Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu for "Pomme de Glace", a newly offered syrupy cider.
