1 portion of French brandy
1 portion of Bénédictine
Mix all the ingredients well and serve at room temperature.
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
a dash of angostura
a dash of French brandy
1/2 pressed orange
1/2 glass of chilled champagne
In a glass, mix the spirits and the sugar. Decant into a frosted glass, add the orange juice and the champagne. Decorate with a slice of orange and a cherry.
1 portion of French brandy
1/2 portion of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of egg white
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker one-third full with crushed ice. Shake vigorously , and transfer to a cocktail glass to serve.
