1 portion of coffee liqueur
1 portion of VS cognac
Champagne
Pour into a large glass filled with ice cubes. Add champagne. Decorate with a cherry.
(quantity for 2 glasses)
2 portions of VS cognac
1 portion of lemon juice
1/2 portion of curaçao
2 teaspoons of sugar
Pour into a shaker half filled with crushed ice. Mix well and decant into cocktail glasses to serve.
1/5 VS cognac
4/5 orange juice
Pour into a glass filled with crushed ice. Decorate with a slice of orange. Serve with a straw.
1 portion of Amaretto
2 portions of VS cognac
Mix in a glass and serve with ice.
