Amour and Ice Cream - Chicoutai - Kir Royal - L’Orléane Vermouth - Sortilège Coffee

 

Amour and Ice Cream
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 ounce of Amour en cage
A few chocolate chips
In a bowl, decorate the ice cream with chocolate and pour the earth cherry liqueur on the dessert.
Chicoutai
1 1/2 ounce of Chicoutai
3 to 4 ounces of cold sparkling water
Serve this liqueur on ice.
Kir Royal
1/5 L’Orléane blackcurrant liqueur
4/5 champagne (chilled) or "Charles Meunier" Sparkling wine
Serve in a champagne flute.
L’Orléane Vermouth
1/5 L’Orléane blackcurrant liqueur
4/5 vermouth
Serve on ice. Can also be diluted with sparkling water or with soda water.
Sortilège Coffee
1 ounce of French brandy or VS (Very Superior) cognac
1 ounce of Sortilège
Coffee
Whipped cream
Pour hot coffee into a glass goblet or tankard, add the spirits and coat with whipped cream.
