Bishop 1 portion of orange juice 1/2 portion of lemon juice 1/2 portion of L’Aviso Red wine or porto In a large glass one-third filled with crushed ice, mix the rum and the fruit juices. Thin down with red wine. The red wine can also be replaced with tawny or ruby porto. Mix and decorate with a slice of orange. Serve with straws. |

Daïquiri (quantity for 2 glasses) 1 portion of sugar cane syrup 2 portions of lemon (or lime) juice 3 portions of L’Aviso rum Mix in a shaker filled with crushed ice. Serve in a glass with crushed ice, decorated with a cherry, with straws. |

Piña Colada 2 portions of pineapple juice 1 portion of coconut milk 1 portion of L’Aviso rum Juice of half a lemon Mix in a shaker filled with crushed ice. Serve in a large glass full of ice cubes. |

Sombrero 1/4 pineapple juice 1/4 grapefruit juice 1/2 L’Aviso rum a drop of sugar cane syrup Pour into a large glass filled with ice cubes. Mix well with a spoon. Decorate with pieces of pineapple. |

Tom and Jerry 1 portion of VS cognac 1 portion of L’Aviso rum 1 fresh egg yolk a pinch of allspice 2 teaspoons of sugar 2 cloves Pour all the above ingredients into a metal tumbler. Mix well with a spoon, take out the cloves, and pour in a little bit of boiling water. Transfer from one tumbler to another several times, in order to make the drink foam. Add a pinch of nutmeg before serving. |
